Christine Schaefer is the Manager Competitive Pay and Performance Management at National City Bank. Christine is an experienced professional with a background in Big 4 consulting services and field experience in the corporate Human Resources departments of various organizations. She has significant expertise in effectively blending organizational business objectives with the design of tools and systems strategy.

At National City, Christine has led the functional team in the design and implementation of annual merit and performance management tools using PeopleSoft. The performance management tool was designed to reflect a new performance management process for the company and has been the driver of significant cultural change throughout the company.

Stacey Harris, Director, Strategic Services, Bersin & Associates
Stacey heads up the Strategic Services practice of Bersin & Associates, the leading research firm in Enterprise Learning and Talent Management. Her primary role is to leverage research and benchmarking data to address research members’ specific talent management and enterprise learning strategy and planning requirements.

Stacey has over 15 years of industry experience in performance consulting, learning and development, and HR industries. Prior to joining Bersin & Associates, Stacey held key positions leading the enterprise-wide learning and organizational effectiveness functions within the Sales, Retail, and Financial Industries. Stacey’s innovative work has been recognized in profile articles in Chief Learning Officer and Training Magazine.
