Our Program:
Economists appear unanimous — a substantial global economic slowdown looms near. The impact on the workforce will be significant, and in some cases unprecedented; which begs the question: Where can HR apply its focus for maximum effect?
From managing staff reductions to dealing with delays in upgrading technology, HR faces intense challenges in the current crisis. Please join Towers Perrin and IHRIM on February 12, 2009, when we share strategies that may help your HR organization manage through difficult economic times.
We will address a number of top-of-mind issues:
- How various HR strategies and structures affect the bottom line?
- How to deliver HR services for less cost but still effectively and efficiently?
- What are the key HR roles that cannot be compromised?
- What are the change management implications?
We’ll also share findings from the most recent Towers Perrin HR Service Delivery Survey. In its 11th consecutive year, with findings collected from nearly 400 companies, the survey report explores trends and future plans for HR service delivery.
